The Staff will set up the party room. Not responsible for balloons.

Note: Families may provide their own decorations the week prior to the party. If the family does not provide their own decorations, generic decorations can be provided, please see below.

Clean-up
(Basic and Worker only)
All guests must be out of the building on time. Host is responsible for clean-up. You will have 10 minutes past your time slot to finish cleaning the party room. Failure to complete these 3 things will result in a $50 charge to your card stored on file.

All food/drink to be removed from the building, or placed in the provided trash.

Tables and chairs will be wiped off and free from food/drink debris.

Party room floor will be swept and cleaned of any food/drink spills.
Having everyone out on time and the party room cleaned on time ensures that BBPH staff have enough time to prepare the building for the next party.
Need an extra hour? Add one more hour* to your party for $75
*Extra Hour is subject to availability. May not be available for all dates and times. In order to guarantee the additional time, please be sure to speak with the staff while scheduling your event.
